Near Real Time Social Account of Batman Shooting and Its Impact
Like many I have kept my Web browser pointed to CNN and the Washington Post following news, reports and analysis of the horrific shooting early this morning in Colorado.
Journalists are doing an admirable job, seeking to strike a balance between speed and accuracy in their reporting.
Yet, once again they are trumpeted by the near real-time and raw accounting that can only be portrayed via the social participation of those who were there and experienced the event first hand.
